A short code you enter at sign-up. Codes are shared by our team and partners. Ask whoever invited you, or contact support.
VIP1, VIP2 and VIP3 set how many review tasks you get and how many points each is worth. Everyone starts at VIP1.
As a guide, about 200 points is roughly $1 of value in the rewards catalog. Exact costs are shown on each reward.
Open the Rewards page, pick an item you can afford, and enter delivery details. Your request shows as pending until our team fulfils it.
Usually 1–3 business days. You can track status any time on your History page.
